Online Orders & Pricing


Baysupply.com was created to empower our customers with complete autonomy to purchase available on-hand inventories, identify receipt dates for future inventories, identify average lead times of items to place on backorder and pricing is completely transparent to our physical operations.


Your pricing is displayed when you login to your account. In many instances, discount pricing may be displayed so it is beneficial that you login to your account to obtain your actual prices and potential discounts that apply.


For many products, you will see up to ten (10) quantity break discounts that are available with pricing clearly displayed. This will help you to determine longer-term consumption requirements for greater savings. We provide the convenience of ordering very small quantities that are re-packaged in our bagging facility or bulk orders that may reach quantities in the millions.


We strongly believe price transparency and quality service is what our customer's value most.


Request For Quotes


If you do not find an item or price online and wish to submit an RFQ, we have conveniently placed a Request For Quote link on the website to ensure a rapid response to your inquiry.


Substitute Items


We believe this is a very powerful tool for our customers. Our system automatically searches various attributes across a number of brands within a specific product category and when an item is selected, substitute brand alternatives that closely match the item are displayed. Every item can be assigned a custom part number that will assist in your rapid re-ordering process and system order tracking.
