Supplier Conformance Acknowledgement

Unless noted otherwise herein, all parts purchased herein must conform to all applicable laws, ordinances and U.S. national standards. All zinc clear (also known as zinc blue or zinc silver) parts must conform to standards, and meet the limitations of hexavalent chromium under European Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS), Waste for Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEE), and the EU End-of-Life vehicle directives. Bay Fastening Systems will not accept any clear zinc product containing hexavalent chromium or other non-permitted chemical elements and reserves the right to deny any shipment that does not conform to those directives.

By acceptance herein and shipment thereof of the products listed herein, Seller hereby acknowledges and agrees that the parts conform to all applicable laws, ordinances and U.S. standards. For zinc clear parts, Seller certifies and acknowledges by acceptance herein and shipment thereto, that all parts are hexavalent chromium free and conform to the provisions of the European Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS), Waste for Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEE) and the EU End-of-Life vehicle directives.
