Grip Rings

Grip rings are external retaining rings. They have tabs on the open side the ring and are placed onto the outside of a rod or shaft to hold it in place. These retaining rings do not require the rod or shaft to have a groove. They are also called radial grip rings, RG shaft rings, external grip retaining rings and self-locking external retaining rings.
