You wish to establish a digital sales channel for your Authorized Distribution Network to handle direct customer inquiries or RFQs by territory assignment. Your catalog of products and all digital assets will be syndicated to your distributor's online catalogs to support sales and branding.

Sell through Bay Supply.

You wish to use Bay as a traditional distributor to assist in building your product catalog, managing RFQs, sales transactions and customer support. Manufacturers receive purchase orders and dropship orders received from Bay Supply. Manufacturers send invoices to Bay Supply with net 30 day terms.
